Hattiers Rum Swizzle
Fresh, fruity and refreshing.

Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with this Hattiers take on a classic Caribbean cocktail, the Queen’s Park Swizzle. Named after the famous Trinidadian hotel from which it originated, the swizzle is a simple rum cocktail that makes a big impression.
Equally suited to enjoying on a warm afternoon or for impressing friends at a dinner party, our Hattiers Swizzle recipe combines the zing of lemon and lime with traditional Trinidadian bitters and the sweetness of demerara sugar and falernum liqueur.
So celebrate the origins of rum and one of the best rum cocktails with the Hattiers remake of this old classic.
Making a traditional swizzle cocktail with Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum couldn’t be easier, but first you need to master the art of swizzling.

For authenticity and to impress your guests, use a traditional wooden swizzle stick if you have one, failing that a long cocktail spoon will do the job.
Place the stirring end about halfway into your drink with the handle end between the palms of both hands. Then simply rub your palms together (as if it was a cold day!), working the spoon or stick up and down the centre of the glass until your drink is well mixed.
