Emma Bridgewater partners with Hattiers Rum: Hot Winter Toddy Recipe

Who's ready for Bonfire Night? Let fizzing stars and glittering spangles light up the sky as you and your family fill the air with 'ooohs' and 'aaahs' before returning home for a warming Winter Toddy.

We've teamed up with our friends at the iconic Emma Bridgwater to create the the perfect winter warmer. Try this Hattiers Winter Toddy recipe and fill up our Village Fireworks 1/2 Pint Mug to warm cold fingers after an evening under the stars and fireworks.



Emma Bridgewater began in 1985, after Emma tried and failed to find a birthday present for her mum.

Ingredients:

70ml Hattiers Resolute Rum 500ml Medium Cider 100g Demerara Sugar Fine slice of apple Dash of vanilla essence Two allspice berries Three drops of Angostura Bitters Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients and mix well in a large saucepan. Warm gently over a medium heat, stirring occasionally and being careful not to boil. Strain the liquid into a mug with a slice of the apple.
