What you'll need...

  1. 50ml Hattiers Eminence Rum

  2. 25ml Kings Ginger

  3. 15ml Dry Vermouth

  4. 15ml Crème De Cassis

  5. 10ml Gomme

  6. Garnish - Large Orange Ribbon

What to do...

  1. Fill a cocktail stirring glass with ice.

  2. Add all ingredients

  3. Stir until chilled (30s minimum)

  4. Pour into frozen coup glass

  5. Garnish
