
A real pleasure to be featured on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch hosted by Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer. A lockdown special Cocktail session delivered by The Global Rum Ambassador himself, Ian Burrell. Ian used his typical creative flair to turn our Premium Reserve into a Homemade Spiced Rum! We'd not thought of that, but we are fully behind it! There are no straightjackets in rum or people telling you what to do and how you should drink it. The resulting cocktail was delicious, a Hattiers Homemade Spiced Mojito!

Hattiers Homemade Spiced Mojito
To make the Hattiers Spiced Rum
Add to a jug, a bottle Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum, a vanilla pod, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cloves, lime peel and two spoons of brown sugar then leave to infuse for two days.
To make the Homemade Spiced Mojito
50ml of homemade spiced rum
200ml Sekforde botanical mixer (green label)
10ml Lime juice
10ml Blue Agave nectar
Stir all of the ingredients in a tall glass. Add ice cubes and top up with mixer. Garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint leaves. Serve with a non-plastic straw.
