World Cocktail Day Launch: Introducing the Hattiers x Bar Buoy Mojito RTD

World Cocktail Day feels like the perfect moment to launch something special and we’re proud to introduce the brand new Hattiers x Bar Buoy Mojito RTD cocktail can.

Created in collaboration with fellow Devon drinks innovators Bar Buoy, this refreshing ready to drink Mojito combines premium ingredients, expert craftsmanship and the tropical character of Hattiers Eminence Blended Aged Rum in one perfectly balanced serve.

Fresh, bright and effortlessly drinkable, the Mojito brings together zesty lime, cooling mint and our award winning Eminence Rum to create a canned cocktail inspired by the timeless Cuban classic, ready whenever and wherever the occasion calls for it.

The launch marks an exciting collaboration between two South West brands with a shared passion for quality, flavour and innovation. As Bar Buoy launch their very first Mojito can, we’re delighted that Hattiers Eminence Rum was chosen as the foundation spirit for the serve.

The Rum Behind the Mojito: Hattiers Eminence Blended Aged Rum

The foundation of every great Mojito is exceptional rum and Hattiers Eminence Blended Aged Rum was crafted specifically with elevated cocktails in mind.

Unlike many white rums, Eminence follows a different production process. The rum is aged in oak ex Bourbon casks before being carbon filtered to remove the colour while preserving the character and complexity developed through maturation. The result is a light to medium bodied white rum that is dry, elegant and full of flavour.

Bottled at a slightly higher 42% ABV, Eminence is designed to carry its bold flavour profile through cocktails and mixed drinks, allowing the rum to shine without overpowering the serve.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Vanilla pod with delicious crème anglaise, creamy fudge and ripe pineapple.

Taste: Light to medium bodied, dry with soft attractive fruit notes. Fruity, yet never overly sweet.

Finish: Light oily grass with gentle nutty pineapple and a long cream finish.
